How to Login

Superadmins can securely access Abstract ONE using their assigned Login ID and Password. After successful authentication, the system redirects the superadmin to the respective dashboard based on assigned roles and permissions.

Superadmins can access the login page using the following URL:

https://app.abstractone.in/login

Before You Login

To access the platform, superadmins must have valid login credentials.

Credentials are shared automatically to the superadmin’s registered email after your CRM is active and generated by the CRM provider.

Required credentials:

• Login ID
• Password

Steps to Login

Step 1 — Open the Login Page

Open the Abstract ONE login page in your browser.

Step 2 — Enter Login Credentials

Enter the following details:

1. Login ID: Enter the assigned Login ID received via email after your CRM is activated.
2. Password: Enter the correct account password.

Superadmins can click the visibility icon inside the password field to show or hide the password while typing.

Step 3 — Click Login

After entering valid credentials, click the Login button.

The system will authenticate the superadmin credentials.

Invalid Login Attempt

If incorrect credentials are entered, the system displays the following error message:

User ID or Password is incorrect. Please try again.

Superadmins must re-enter the correct Login ID and Password to continue.

Successful Login

If the entered credentials are correct:

• The superadmin is successfully authenticated
• The system creates a secure session
• The superadmin is redirected to the assigned dashboard

Dashboard access and available modules depend on the superadmin’s assigned role and permissions.
