Customize Remark Disposition List
Disposition in Abstract ONE is used when adding a remark on a lead after a call. Based on the call conversation, the team member selects a disposition and then a sub disposition to record the lead outcome.
From the Disposition List, superadmins can:
- View existing dispositions
- Add custom dispositions
- Edit dispositions
- Delete dispositions
Only dispositions marked as Active appear in the remark form.
Default Disposition List
The CRM includes the following default dispositions:
| Sr.No. | Disposition Name |
|---|---|
| 1 | Interested |
| 2 | Not Interested |
| 3 | Not Contactable |
| 4 | Closed |
| 5 | Site visit |
Access Disposition List
Go to:
Sidebar → Masters → Disposition

Case 1: Add a Disposition
To add a new disposition:
Step 1 — Open Add Disposition
Click + Add Disposition on the top right. The Add Disposition drawer opens.

Step 2 — Fill and Save
Enter Name, select Status as Active, then click + Save.
On success, the system displays:
Disposition created successfully.

If the name already exists, the system displays:
The name has already been taken.

After Adding a Disposition
Every disposition requires at least one Sub Disposition. Without a sub disposition, the disposition will not appear in the remark form — even if it is marked Active.
To add sub dispositions, refer to Customize Remark Sub Disposition.
Case 2: Edit a Disposition
To update an existing disposition:
Step 1 — Open Edit
Click the Edit (pencil) icon in the Action column. The Edit Disposition drawer opens with pre-filled values.

Step 2 — Update and Save
Update Name or Status, then click + Save.
Case 3: Delete a Disposition
To remove a disposition from the system:
Step 1 — Click Delete
Click the Delete (trash) icon in the Action column.
Step 2 — Confirm Deletion
Click YES on the confirmation dialog.

If sub dispositions still exist under that disposition, the system displays:
Cannot delete disposition. Sub-disposition exist. Please delete or reassign them first.

Remove those sub dispositions first, or move them to another disposition, then delete the disposition.
On success, the system displays:
Disposition deleted successfully.

Where Dispositions Are Used
