Add Project in CRM
In Abstract ONE, leads are managed project-wise. Whenever a lead enters the CRM, it must be assigned to a project. A client can manage multiple real estate projects — each at a different location — and track leads separately for each one.
The Projects module allows a real estate builder to create and manage multiple projects (Residential, Commercial, Villas, Plots) inside the CRM. Using Add Project, the client can list all projects with detailed information such as project name, builder name, USPs, configuration, location advantages, amenities, logo, elevation image, and more.
The Add Project flow is a 6-step wizard designed to:
- Reduce form complexity
- Ensure accurate data entry
- Improve user experience
- Store structured project data
Access Add Project
Go to:
Sidebar → Manage Project → Project List
Click + Add Project on the top right. The Add Project wizard opens.

Step 1 — Basic Details
Fill in the core project information. Fields marked with * are required.

| Field | Required | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Project Name | Yes | Name of the project |
| Developer Name | Yes | Builder or developer name |
| Project Category | Yes | Project type (e.g. Residential, Commercial) |
| Project Stage | Yes | Current stage (e.g. Under Construction, Ready to Move In) |
| Project Storey (G+?) | No | Number of floors (e.g. 22) |

If any required field is missing, the form will not move to the next step and will show an error on that input.

Click Next > to continue.
Step 2 — Amenities
Add project amenities if applicable. This step is optional — you can skip it if the project has no amenities.

Type an amenity name and press Enter to add it. Remove any item using the x on the tag.

If the same amenity is added twice, the system displays:
“[name]” is already added.

Click Next > to continue.
Step 3 — Location Advantages
Add nearby location advantages under four categories. All fields are optional.
- Connectivity
- Education Hubs
- Hospitals
- Shopping & Entertainment
Type the detail and press Enter to add. Remove any item using the x on the tag.

Duplicate entries are not allowed. The system displays:
“[name]” is already added.

Click Next > to continue.
Step 4 — Media Upload
Upload the project logo and elevation image. Both fields are required.

| Field | Format | Max Size |
|---|---|---|
| Project Logo | JPG / PNG | 200 KB |
| Elevation Image | JPG / PNG | 400 KB |
Drag and drop a file or click to browse. A preview appears after the file is selected.

Click Next > to continue.
Step 5 — Review and Submit
Review all entered data across Basic Details, Amenities, Nearby Advantages, and Media.

Check I confirm that the information provided is accurate, then click Submit.
Use Back to return to any previous step and make changes.
Step 6 — Project Created
After submission, the system uploads and saves the project data. On success, the following screen appears:

From here, you can:
- View Project — open the newly created project details
- + Add Another Project — start the wizard again for a new project
Important Notes
- Every lead in the CRM must be linked to a project.
- A client can manage multiple projects — each project and its leads are tracked separately.
- Project Location and Project Configuration values come from the Masters module. Add new values there before creating a project, or use the + icon on the form.
- Amenities and Location Advantages are optional but help present complete project information.
- Logo and Elevation Image must meet the file format and size limits before submission.
