Project Report

Advance Report Updated Aug 20, 2026

The Project Report module provides a detailed analytics dashboard for a selected project, including lead statistics, source breakdown, conversion trends, site visit analytics, and top performing campaigns and users.

From Project Report, you can:

  • Select a project and date range to view report data
  • Monitor lead KPIs including total, pending, inpipeline, and closed leads
  • Analyze leads by source, lead type, and disposition
  • Review lead conversion ratio and site visit analytics
  • View top performing campaigns and users
  • Filter the report by date, source, and campaign

Access Project Report

Go to:

Sidebar → Advance Report → Project Report

The Project Report page opens. Breadcrumb: Dashboard → Report → Project Report.

Select Project & Date Range

At the top of the page, use the project dropdown to select a project and the date range picker to set the reporting period. Click the filter icon to open advanced filter options.

Lead KPI Cards

Summary cards at the top display key lead metrics for the selected project:

Metric Description
Total LeadsTotal number of leads for the project
Pending LeadsLeads that have not been attempted yet
Inpipeline LeadsLeads currently active in the pipeline
Closed LeadsLeads that have been closed
Closed by — As a LostLeads closed as lost
Closed by — As a BookedLeads closed as booked

Lead by Source

A donut chart on the right shows the distribution of leads by source (e.g. Meta Conversion, Website, Channel Partner, Direct Calling).

Report Widgets

Below the KPI cards, several analytics widgets provide deeper insights:

Top Performing Campaign List

A table at the bottom lists the top performing campaigns for the selected project with campaign name and lead count.

Click View All to navigate to the User Report page showing all users associated with the project campaigns.

Top Performing Users

Below the campaign list, a table shows the top performing users with their lead performance metrics.

Total LeadsTotal leads handled by the user

Interest Rate (%)Interest rate percentage with progress indicator
ActionEye icon to view the user’s individual report

Click the eye icon in the Action column to open the User Individual Report page for that user.

Filter Project Report

Click the filter icon at the top of the page to open the Filter Project Report drawer.

Available filter fields:

Field Description
From DateStart date for the report date range
To DateEnd date for the report date range
Select SourceFilter report data by lead source
Select CampaignFilter report data by one or more campaigns

Click Apply to update the report based on your filter selections.

Important Notes

  • All report data is scoped to the selected project and date range.
  • KPI cards, charts, and tables update when you change the project, date range, or apply filters.
  • Top Performing Campaign List View All redirects to the User Report page.
  • Top Performing Users eye icon redirects to the User Individual Report page for that user.
  • You don’t have access to multiple features in Advance Report as they are restricted by the Superadmin. Some report sections, export options, or actions may not be visible or available depending on your role and permissions set by the Superadmin.
