Before You Begin

Getting Started Updated Aug 20, 2026

Before integrating your application with Abstract One CRM, make sure you have the required access and information ready.

Abstract One integrations allow external platforms to securely send lead data and other information into CRM using APIs.

Before starting your integration, you will need:

API Access

A valid API key is required to authenticate your requests and securely connect with Abstract One.

Integration Source

Identify the platform you want to connect:

  • Website Forms
  • Meta Lead Ads
  • Google Lead Forms
  • Property Portals
  • Custom Applications

CRM Resources

Some integrations require CRM-specific resources such as:

  • Project ID
  • Campaign ID
  • Other required identifiers

These values are provided from your Abstract One CRM account.

Data Mapping

Prepare the data fields from your source platform and map them with Abstract One CRM fields.

Example:

Customer Name -> Lead Name
Mobile Number -> Contact Number
Campaign -> Lead Source

Testing

Before going live, test your integration using sample data and verify that leads are successfully created in CRM.

Once everything is configured, you can continue with the specific integration guide based on your platform.
